If the manufacturing drawing is not clear, we will inform you by email. You will not receive a quote until all questions are clarified.
Shipping within Germany is free of charge. For international deliveries, shipping costs will be listed separately in the quote.
If you have a complaint, please inform us immediately by email. One of our service representatives will contact you promptly.
We create inspection reports for you according to VDA or QS 9000. Please specify this in your request.
